We have a lot of experience listening to software users over the last dozen years. Many people have been great telling us what works and better still what does not. More importantly, users have taken the time to share their ideas for what the software means to them and to envision what is could be. When a user trusts a developer enough to share good ideas, there is an opportunity for a special relationship founded in co-creation. In this short video, I explore the mutual benefits of a dialogue between reviewers and a founder. We are grateful and want to hear more. Schedule a 1v1 demo and let’s make it a real conversation.
